1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your cv445 account at any time by contacting our support team. cv445 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, suspected of fraudulent activity, or that has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on the cv445 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cv445 wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing speed. cv445 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cv445 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by cv445 within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the applicable balance. 4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv445 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player using a non-BDT payment source are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by cv445 are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in total qualifying stakes must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn). 5.3 Bonus Abuse

cv445 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion with other players, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, cv445 reserves the right to void the bonus balance, recalculate winnings derived from the bonus, and close the associated account without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the cv445 platform are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

  • All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). cv445 does not manipulate game outcomes.
  • Betting markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are settled in accordance with the official results as declared by the governing body (for example, ICC for international cricket, BPL for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event of a disputed result or abandonment, cv445's settlement decision is final.
  • In the event of a software malfunction or technical error during a game session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's wallet. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game round are not payable.
  • Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game and market are displayed within the game interface or market page. These limits may vary by product and account tier.

7. Prohibited Conduct

12. Amendments
